All Arataki civil work for Stages 1, 2 & 3 are now complete.
Hastings District Council are currently finishing the processing to issue the 223 and 224 certificates so as to allow titles to be processed.
We expect to have titles for s
tage 2 at the beginning of April. It is exciting to see the first house under construction in stage 1 and we look forward to more activity in the months ahead.
