Located on the grounds of the former Arataki Holiday Park this subdivision is just 3km from the town center of Havelock North.  This subdivision adjoins a previous development completed by Tim in 2007 of 45 sections.

Acquired in April 2018 Greenstone was able to obtain a resource consent for 39 sections and completed all construction works within 12 months. A great team effort from everyone involved.
