Greenstone Land Developments was started by Tim Wilkins, a registered valuer and property developer in 2016. 

Greenstone Land Developments has released significant residential land opportunities across Hawke's Bay over the last 6+ years.  Tim has been a land developer in a personal capacity and as a consultant for over 20 years.  

We have developed quality residential subdivisions, completing over 280 sections in Frimley Hastings, Arataki - Havelock North and Te Awa Napier.

We have recently brought to market one of our most exciting developments on the Cape Coast, at Te Awanga, with the release of Stage 1 (44 sections) and Stage 3 Eriksen Road in Te Awa, Napier (15 sections).  

Other upcoming developments include  Keirunga, Romanes Drive and Davidson Road in Havelock North. This will bring approx. 300 sections to market over the next few years.
